  We have a daughter in a wheel chair, and love to take her on trips. The best trip we took her on was to Hanauma Bay in Hawaii. They are ranked as one of the most wheel chair friendly places to travel to. We have found that our community of other families with children in wheel chairs have been a great resource as well. The other thing we have found that has been helpful is the call a travel agency or use an online site that rates the accessibility.
